INTERIOR:
Masala Twist’s interior is very culturally appreciative! The environment is beautifully enhanced by paintings, maps, floral touches, and Indian music. The dishes are also served in traditional plating!

HOSPITALITY:
The staff is so genial! They are great with kids; however, they tend to rush people when it gets crowded.
PRESENTATION:
The food was presented with a simple, neat, look!
MASALA TWIST’S BEST APPETIZER:
Gobi Manchurian- This is the most mouthwatering appetizer! The gobi is crispy on the edges and soft in the center. The sauce is savory, tangy, and slightly spicy! It’s a perfect dish for Indo-Asian cuisine lovers!
MASALA TWIST’S BEST MAIN DISH:
Chettinad Curry- This curry is Masala Twists’s special! It is rich, savory, buttery, and scrumptious overall. However, this dish is definitely for people with higher spice tolerances!
(Spice Alternatives)
Egg Kadai Curry- I love this curry because of its burst of flavors! The Indian spices are distinct, blending perfectly with the curry. The egg adds to the curry’s texture and taste. It also has a wonderful garlic flavor.
Paneer Korma- Like the Malai Kofta, this dish’s curry was incredibly creamy! The paneer was soft and tasty. The dish was savory with a hint of sweetness. It was beautifully aromatic, and I loved how the traditional spices influenced the curry!
MASALA TWIST’S BEST DRINK:
Mango Lassi- The mango lassi is delicious! It has a creamy, fluffy, thick consistency. The yogurtiness of the lassi gives it a pleasant aftertaste. It is mostly sweet with a little sour tang.
FOOD’S OVERALL TASTE:
In conclusion, the food was appetizing! There are many options to choose from and new things to taste!
